It may be early for me to leave a review for my experience but here goes: I would have given five stars if everything was working together as intended but I've encountered a couple minor issues with my purchases. I bought a very good condition 2022 6th gen iPad pro in 12.9 inch with the m2 chip, a brand new apple pencil, and a magic keyboard for the 2022 iPad pro. My first odd experience was actually at checkout, the total was shown at the time of purchase, but after the purchase there was an extra $100 in taxes which had not been displayed nor calculated at the time of purchase, which made my bank account overdraft. All three items arrived on different days from different sellers, not a problem at all everything got here timely enough. The iPad arrived first and it is really really nice. There were a couple very tiny micro scratches on the screen near the front camera, but they are only visible in the right light when you're really looking for them. I also noticed some gunk around the edge where the screen and the case are joined and when I cleaned the gunk off I discovered it was a tiny, truly miniscule part of the seal from around the screen and case. It was so small, again I'm really not too concerned. The ting I AM concerned about though is my pencil: I purchased a brand new apple pencil 2, which from my understanding, with my iPad should support the hover function. Mine does not work. In fact, there is no setting in the apple pencil settings for hover. I can search for the setting, and when I search for hover it actually does appear in the search, with the apple pencil symbol next to it. I cannot interact with the option, I press, I long press, I press multiple times, nada. Since I bought this device primarily for art creation, the hover function was something I really wanted. The only other gripe I have is when I dock my pencil magnetically to the iPad a little animation of the pencil pops up on screen and locks the screen for about 20 seconds. Minor annoyance. Now, outside of those gripes, this is a wonderful product and Reebelo has worked fast to get this to me. I appreciate their return policy and felt total confidence buying from them. I know the issues with the product are likely not any cause from Reebelo and I am going to the apple genius bar today to have them take a look at my devices. I would 10/10 buy refurbished from Reebelo again.
